Donald is from Indianapolis, a proud graduate of North Central High School where he starred on the North Central Soccer, state champion team. He holds a B.S. in finance from Clark H. Byrum School of Business at Marian University, where he played collegiate soccer as well. Donald worked as an insurance producer for an exclusive insurance agency right out of college prior to starting Oldham Insurance. He was under the tutelage of his father, Donald Oldham, Jr. who has over 30 years of industry experience. Donald holds his Certified Insurance Counselor designation, which is one the most prestigious designations in the insurance industry. In his downtime, he enjoys playing and coaching soccer, playing golf, and reading.

Sarah, an Indianapolis native, is an experienced insurance professional who grew up in the industry. She earned her property and casualty insurance license while completing her Bachelors in Public Relations from Ball State and her life and health license after graduation. Sarah worked in her father’s agency in several capacities until his retirement. Since having earned her Certified Insurance Counselor, Certified Risk Manager and Certified Personal Risk Manager designations she is excited to utilize her deeper knowledge of exposures and insurance solutions to help clients make informed decisions.
